めぐりめぐる

This project is an experimental endeavor where I aimed to translate language using landscape architecture. In this project, I selected the Japanese word "めぐりめぐる" as my translation subject, a word that carries a dual meaning of both time and spatial cycles. I explored various methods to translate this word, including photography, painting, video, spatial models, mathematical functions, and more. Ultimately, drawing from the cyclic motion patterns observed during these experiments, I created the initial model of landscape architecture and designed it to convey the concept of dual cycles in time and space.
