Project Overview
Inhale is a site-specific movement performance designed to immerse the audience in an experiential journey focused on the art of breathing. During the performance, the performer guides the audience through a series of interactive experiences, encouraging them to become more aware of their breath,and explore further about the relationship between their inner rhythm and outer space.

Breathing is the silent symphony of life, a rhythm that binds us to our existence. In a world where artificial intelligence thrives without breath, we often lose sight of this intimate dance that sustains our humanity.
Do you recall the gentle rise and fall of your own breath? When was the last time you truly felt the air fill your lungs, the whisper of life itself?
During each 'inhale,' we will embark on a journey, exploring the dance of breath with space, with objects, and with one another together.
